Bosom Buddy® is available for resale through prosthetic and orthotic
shops and lingerie boutiques, and our current distributors find Bosom
Buddy to be an excellent complement to the silicone breast forms they
carry.
We have several requirements of our distributors:
- Bosom Buddy breast forms are to be sold under the Bosom Buddy name
only.
- A starter set of six breast forms of your choice is required on
the first purchase.
- Minimum subsequent orders must be at least three breast forms or
$100, plus shipping.
- Breast forms are shipped FOB Boise; shipping charges are added to
order total.
- Credit terms of 30 day net are available after credit is approved;
prepayment is required prior to credit approval.
- All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
Additional general information and items we offer are:
Suggested retail prices are $65 for sizes AAA and AA; $70 for sizes
A through D; $75 for sizes DD and DDD.
Wholesale and quantity pricing are available on request.
Accessory items are available, including extra weighted and
unweighted pillows and contour fillers, which are small pillows in
five different shapes that fill in an area the prosthesis does not
reach.
Bosom Buddy is Medicare approved as a surgical breast prosthesis,
item code L8020. Medicare allows one (or one pair
if bilateral) every six months.
Complimentary distributor brochures and advertising slicks are
available for marketing purposes.
We offer a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing
defects.
