If you’ve had a lumpectomy, partial mastectomy or have some breast tissue remaining on the surgery side, we recommend our Round Style Bosom Buddy one size smaller than the Fitting Guide suggests for your bra size.

If you wear a padded bra, you also may need to go down one Bosom Buddy size smaller than the Fitting Guide suggests.
