Bosom Buddy® is a versatile breast form whose many innovative features make it a preferred alternative to silicone for many women. Some of Bosom Buddy’s unique characteristics are:

• All-fabric construction, with no silicone, plastic or rubber used in the form. Silky nylon on the front, and soothing 100% cotton jersey on the back next to your skin, each bonded to a layer of polyester fiberfill.
• Fully weighted with small "pillows" that contain tiny smooth glass beads the size of a pin head encased in polyester fiberfill and covered with nylon tricot. A different number of pillows in each breast form, depending on the size.
• Adjustable in both weight and fullness by adding or removing pillows from the breast form.
• Can be worn in a regular, non-pocketed bra, and fits either left or right side. See our tips on finding the correct brassiere.
• Convenient storage and travel, with no bulky box in your drawer or suitcase.
• Completely hand washable, inside and out, just as you treat your fine lingerie.

Bosom Buddy comes in ten sizes, from AAA to DDD and fits more than 40 brassiere sizes, from the smallest to the largest. The size prosthesis needed is determined by the bra and cup size you wear. Our convenient fitting guide lists bra and cup sizes and the corresponding Bosom Buddy to fit that bra size. For example, someone wearing a size 36B bra would need a size B2 Bosom Buddy. Someone wearing a 42C bra would use our size D Bosom Buddy.

Bosom Buddy Fitting Guide:

Find your own bra and cup size and order the corresponding Bosom Buddy size as shown on the chart. For example if your bra and cup size is a 36B you would use a Bosom Buddy size B2.

Available in ten sizes.

Bosom Buddy comes in two styles – teardrop and round – to fit radical or modified radical surgery. The teardrop style fills the brassiere cup and extends one to two inches outside the cup to fill any hollow areas left by the surgery. It was designed for more radical surgeries. The round style is one to two inches shorter in length than the teardrop and fits snugly in just the bra cup, without extending outside the cup. It was added to our product line several years ago for modified radical surgeries.

Bosom Buddy also comes in three skin-tone colors – light beige, medium beige, and dark brown.

• Sizes AAA and AA are $70
• Sizes A through D are $75
• Sizes DD and DDD are $80. 

Several accessory items are also available for purchase:

• Bosom Buddy Shell (without pillows) – Purchase an extra prosthesis, and transfer pillows from one breast form to the other. Convenient when one Bosom Buddy is being laundered.
• Weight Pillows - An extra pillow or two will add weight and fullness to the prosthesis if it’s just slightly too small.
• Unweighted "Fluff" Pillows - Add only fullness without additional weight.
• Contour Fillers - Small, unweighted pillows in various shapes which can be attached to the inside of your brassiere and fill an area the prosthesis does not reach or add padding to the contour of your chest wall. (Click here to see the dimensions and uses for all five contour fillers.)

• Weighted pillows are $4
• Unweighted "fluff" pillows are $2
• Contour Fillers (all shapes) are $3

Customer Satisfaction:

If you purchase a Bosom Buddy, and the size or shape is not quite right, we are happy to exchange it for you. If you don’t think it will work for you at all, we will gladly refund your purchase price, less the shipping and handling charge. We ask that the form be returned promptly in its original condition.
